AI strategy, implementation and adoption, from finding the use cases that pay off to running working systems. I work with San Diego companies in biotech, defence and tourism, delivering remotely from Dubai with scheduled calls at the start or end of your day, with asynchronous updates in between. San Diego's biotech and defence sectors need secure, compliant data and AI systems.
You have tried ChatGPT, but nothing has changed in how the business actually runs.
Vendors pitch tools, but nobody maps them to your processes, data and team.
You need results this quarter, not a 12-month transformation programme.
San Diego's biotech and defence sectors need secure, compliant data and AI systems. For companies in biotech, defence and tourism, ai consulting is a way to grow without adding the same amount of cost or headcount. The focus is always on a small number of changes with clear, measurable impact.
Engagements run remotely with a clear weekly rhythm: a planning call, shared progress in your tools and a short written report. Because San Diego is 12 hours behind Dubai, we plan around scheduled calls at the start or end of your day, with asynchronous updates in between. Documentation and access stay with your team throughout.
In San Diego, the strongest demand comes from biotech, defence and tourism. For these sectors, ai consulting means identifying where AI cuts cost or grows revenue in biotech, then building the first working use case, adapted to how each industry sells and operates. Engagements typically start with one priority workflow or channel, prove the result, then expand across the business, whether you are based in Downtown San Diego and La Jolla or elsewhere in United States.
Weeks one to two cover discovery and priorities. The first working improvement typically ships within four to six weeks, followed by measurement, refinement and a plan for the next phase, so results are visible early rather than at the end of a long project.
The best AI consultants do not start with tools. They start with your numbers: where time is lost, where revenue leaks and which decisions are made on guesswork. From there, the job is to pick a small number of use cases with clear payback, build them properly and make sure your team uses them every day. If a proposal is mostly workshops and slides, with no working system at the end, it is advice, not consulting.
Delivered end to end by one senior consultant, from first workshop to working system.

Monthly reviews to measure, improve and expand what works.

Every engagement is quoted after a discovery call, in USD or USD, with scope, timeline and total agreed before work begins.
Common sectors include biotech, defence and tourism, alongside clients in other industries with similar challenges.
Most work is delivered remotely. In-person workshops in San Diego can be arranged for larger engagements.
I identify where AI can save time or grow revenue in your business, design the solution, build it with your systems and train your team to run it.
No. Part of the first phase is understanding what data you have and fixing what blocks the highest-value use cases.
