Automating repetitive work across sales, operations and finance with AI workflows connected to your existing tools. I work with Santiago companies in mining, financial services and retail, delivering remotely from Dubai with scheduled calls at the start or end of your day, with asynchronous updates in between. Santiago is one of Latin America's most stable business hubs, with strong digital adoption.
Teams spend hours a week on copy-paste, reminders and manual reports.
Leads and orders fall through the cracks between tools.
Growth means hiring more admin staff instead of scaling smoothly.
Santiago is one of Latin America's most stable business hubs, with strong digital adoption. For companies in mining, financial services and retail, ai & business automation is a way to grow without adding the same amount of cost or headcount. The focus is always on a small number of changes with clear, measurable impact.
Engagements run remotely with a clear weekly rhythm: a planning call, shared progress in your tools and a short written report. Because Santiago is 8 hours behind Dubai, we plan around scheduled calls at the start or end of your day, with asynchronous updates in between. Documentation and access stay with your team throughout.
In Santiago, the strongest demand comes from mining, financial services and retail. For these sectors, ai & business automation means automating the repetitive admin, reporting and follow-ups that slow down mining teams, adapted to how each industry sells and operates. Engagements typically start with one priority workflow or channel, prove the result, then expand across the business, whether you are based in Las Condes and Providencia or elsewhere in Chile.
Weeks one to two cover discovery and priorities. The first working improvement typically ships within four to six weeks, followed by measurement, refinement and a plan for the next phase, so results are visible early rather than at the end of a long project.
Anything repetitive, rules-based or text-heavy is a candidate: lead routing and follow-up, data entry between systems, invoice and document processing, approvals, appointment reminders, and weekly reporting. AI extends classic automation by reading emails and documents, classifying requests and drafting replies, so far more of the workflow can run without manual effort.
